Michael Gennaro is well known as a highly successful leader of several of the most prominent theatrical institutions in America including the Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey, Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago and Trinity Repertory Theatre in Providence, Rhode Island, where he has served as the Executive Director since 2007. Gennaro succeeds Michael Price, who will retire at the end of this year after concluding his 46th season at Goodspeed. Gennaro comes to the Goodspeed after serving as executive director of the Trinity Repertory Theatre in Providence, Rhode Island since 2007. Michael Gennaro will replace Michael Price as the executive director of Goodspeed Musicals at the end of the year.
